Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Teases Xbox One Port

As some fans may know, the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was previously teased to see a release on the Xbox One. Now, there seems to be more evidence that hints at the trilogy’s potential Xbox One port. Such a hint comes from the game’s own website, which teases at the possibility of the remaster compilation becoming available beyond the PS4.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Website Teases at Xbox One Release

According to reports, the N. Sane Trilogy website recently hinted at the game releasing on another platform that isn’t the PS4. As it stands, the N. Sane trilogy is only available for the aforementioned Sony console. However, the trilogy’s website now reveals an option that offers fans the opportunity to choose a gaming platform besides the PS4. This can be accessed by selecting “display hidden content box” in browser settings.

Though this is far from a confirmation of an Xbox One release, it does further reinforce the rumors of the trilogy coming to Xbox’s console. As some may recall, new footage previously showed the N. Sane Trilogy sporting Xbox One controls. The aforementioned footage has since been taken down. Regardless, it was enough to spur fans with hopes of the trilogy coming to the Xbox One.

Moreover, as Game Rant notes, Hungarian retailer SuperGamer previously listed the N. Sane Trilogy on its website. Notably, the listing had a release date for the Xbox One. Only time will tell if the trilogy will indeed come to the Xbox One or not.

Regardless, the prospect of an Xbox One version of the trilogy wouldn’t be a bad business venture at all. For one, the N. Sane Trilogy saw quite a lot of favorable reviews upon its availability. With its impressive performance on the PS4, branching out to another console may be the expected next step for the Crash Bandicoot franchise. With the coming of Microsoft’s Xbox One X, an Xbox One venture seems all the more fruitful.

What is the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy?

For the uninitiated, the N. Sane Trilogy is a collection of remasters from the first three games in the Crash Bandicoot series. This includes titles such as Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. The trilogy was first released on June 30. It has since received praise for its faithfulness to the original first three Crash Bandicoot games.
