Final Fantasy 15 Update: Magitek Exosuits Now Available With New Design

The latest Final Fantasy 15 update now comes to fans with the long awaited Magitek Exosuit. The set of armor that resembles the suits of the Power Rangers were originally slated for an earlier release. However, due to their similarities to the Power Rangers design, revisions were ultimately deemed necessary. Now, the Magitek Exosuits are available with an updated look of their own.

Final Fantasy 15 Update Makes Magitek Exosuits Available

As some may already know, Final Fantasy 15’s Magitek Exosuits grant invincibility to Noctis, Gladiolus, Prompto, and Ignis. Take note, however, that donning the suit only allows for temporary invincibility. Reportedly, the Magitek Exosuits will grant 30 minutes of invincibility per day.

The Magitek Exosuits now come for free to players with the latest Final Fantasy 15 update. This is to make up for the initial delay of the armor’s release. Besides the Magitek Exosuits becoming available at last, the latest update for the game also adds several other new features.

Other Additions in the Latest Final Fantasy 15 Update

The new update also adds a new quest that players can access. This is called O Partner, My Partner. As per reports, players can examine the quest after completing Chapter 8.

Additionally, the update includes a Cross Chain collaboration system. According to reports, this “allows players to severely damage strong, defensive enemies by increasing the number of linked attacks.” Moreover, the Cross Chain collaboration system becomes available once players get their hands on the Sword of the Wise and the Axe of the Conqueror.

Most notable about this update is the return of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. Some fans may already be familiar with this event, as it was first released back in February. It adds new mini-games, quests, and items — all with a special carnival theme. The Moogle Chocobo Carnival will run from July 31 until late September. However, in order to participate in it, players will need to have either the Holiday Pack or the Holiday Pack+ DLC beforehand.

Final Fantasy 15’s Regalia Coming to Forza Horizon 3

In other news, reports reveal that the Regalia — the vehicle which Noctis and his party drives — will be coming to the Xbox-exclusive racing video game Forza Horizon 3. According to reports, interested fans will be able to access the Regalia for free by August 1.

Those playing Forza will be able to receive it via the game’s message system. Alternatively, Final Fantasy 15 players will receive an Xbox Live message which contains a redeem code for the vehicle. Microsoft adds that it currently does not “have plans to offer the Final Fantasy 15 Regalia in Forza Horizon 3 as separate DLC in the future.” Thus, fans may need to acquire the promo while it’s still available for free.
