For Apple, Black Friday 2016 “can’t come soon enough.” The company will resume its participation in the ultimate shopping event this year.”
“Our one-day shopping event will be here before you know it. Come back this Friday to check everyone off your list,” Apple posts on the web page.
Last year, the company shunned the annual one-day sales event. This time, however, Apple has posted a page on its website indicating it will have a presence at the Black Friday 2016.
Apple Offers Free 2-day Delivery, Extended Hours
Apple’s Black Friday Special Offers web page simply advertises a forthcoming “shopping event” scheduled for Friday, Nov. 25.
Known as Black Friday, November 25 traditionally sees retailers slash prices on goods, marking the start to the holiday shopping season.
The company has yet to announce pricing and availability. But Apple is offering free two-day delivery of in-stock items ordered through its online store by 5 p.m., Apple Insider reports. The company also urges customers to download an application for the fastest way to shop during the one day sale. It also provides information on extended hours for its stores.
Huge Discounts Seen For Gadgets
The company might be offering very good discounts on the Apple watch, iPhone 7, iPad Pro, and Macbook Pro.
At the same time, the company’s Black Friday 2016 page hints at deals on Christmas gift collection. These include gadgets for photography, games, toys and music, according to a Telegraph article.
In the past, the company offered small discounts on its popular products. This time, customers hope the company will give higher discounts on iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch, MacBooks, headphones, speakers and other tech gadgets.
In previous years, Apple participated in the shopping event by offering moderate sale prices on certain merchandise, including popular products like iPad and Mac. In contrast, the company just offered bundled gift cards in 2013. The next year Apple reverted to offering discounts on devices.
