Actress Carrie Fisher admits to a brief but passionate affair with Harrison Ford during the filming of first Star Wars.
She confessed to the short-lived affair in her upcoming book, The Princess Diarist, according to Radar Online.
Fisher portrayed the role of Princess Leia, one of the leaders of the Rebel alliance in the blockbuster sci-fi movie.

The former Princess Leia was 19 at the time. Ford was 34 and married to Mary Marquardt. Fisher claims Ford got her drunk then seduced her on the London set of the first Star Wars movie, according to Radar Online.
Harrison offered to bring her home and they ended in bed, she recalls. But Fisher noted that the actor was a “bad kisser.”
She reveals that she was not impressed with their first encounter. But she forgave Harrison because “he really was handsome.”

Carrie Fisher had hoped the actor would marry her. She even dreamt of Harrison giving her a “gold band with diamonds (inscribed) Carrison.”
It was never meant to be. The affair lasted only three months. Then Ford returned to his wife and their affair was cut short.
Ford married Marquardt in1964. The ex-couple had two sons: Benjamin and Willard. They got divorced in 1979, two years after the Star Wars release.
He married second wife Melissa Mathison from 1983 to 2004. The two also had two children. The late Mathison wrote the script of E.T.: The Extra Terrestial.
Ford has been married to Calista Flockhart since 2010. They have an adopted son Liam, now around 15 years old.
On the other hand, Fisher married singer-composer Paul Simon in 1983. The two divorced 11 months later. Her marriage to Bryan Lourd lasted three years. She has a daughter, Billie Lourd.
