Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 12 lies in jeopardy since Kim Kardashian has refused to make her return to the show. This puts the entire E! Network production at risk as executives still hope to commence shooting later this year for the next season. Kim is still unready to face cameras in the aftermath of the Paris robbery three weeks earlier.

The Kardashians have often stated how they “never really take a break” from shooting their famous reality show. However, things came to a grinding halt with Kim, arguably the biggest star and face of the show, being robbed in Paris three weeks back. Kim demanded that production be paused until she’s mentally ready to shoot again, the Inquistr noted.
What’s Behind the Ambiguity?
Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 12 may be on the back burner for a longer period. Kim is reportedly considering the idea of a longer hiatus from the show. She is still not ready to have cameras intrude her life again after the Paris incident which could have proved fatal.
According to Us Weekly insiders, Kim’s scared to leave her home in Bel-Air, let alone being ready to return to her show and talk of the incident. She is still unsure with regard to doing a one-on-one interview with Ryan Seacrest or any other TV host as well.
Kanye West is encouraging his wife’s decision to postpone shooting for Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 12. He wants her to refrain from talking about the incident until she is absolutely ready. He has also conveyed to Kris Jenner that she will only give interviews once he gives the final approval.
It is also likely that Kim is losing in excess of $1 million each month with her prolonged absence from social media and other business initiatives. She has stopped red carpet appearances for brands and other public appearances as well. She is abandoning thoughts of financial losses and focusing only on her health and children at present.
The remaining episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians are expected to be aired by the channel from today. Producers are already forecasting lower ratings without Kim on the show and are giving her as much time as she needs. There will certainly be a long production delay in shooting for the next season.
