The Humble Jumbo Bundle 6 Gets Slightly Jumbo-er With 3 New Games

By on

The Humble Jumbo Bundle 6 has added its coming soon games. They are now available to anyone who purchases the bundle by beating the average.

Remember the good ole days when you could spend a dollar on a bundle and then later get the upcoming games regardless whether you’d beaten the average? Yeah, those were the golden days of Humble Bundling, and though they might be behind us, like clockwork, Humble Bundles still grow a week into their lifespan.

For beating the average, or for having already beaten the average, you can now grab these additional three games:

Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop?! is a simulation game in which you run a weapon shop in a world of anthropomorphic potatoes (which is remarkably enjoyable to say aloud). The general consensus seems split between people who liked the game for its charm and gameplay and people who didn’t like the game’s charm well enough to get over the game’s shortcomings. A deep simulator this is not, but fun it could still be. The quality is in the eye of the beholder.

Next up we have TransOcean: The Shipping Company, another simulation game! Only this time instead of selling swords to potatoes, you’re shipping freight across the seven seas. Everybody loves a good trade route. Well, maybe not everybody. The game is only sitting a “mostly positive” on Steam. Some say it’s addicting and fun. Others say it gets repetitive quickly. It’s also worth noting that TransOcean 2 comes out in May. So if you check it out and love it, prepare yourself for more transporting shenanigans soon enough.

Lastly, we have Shadowrun Returns. I’m pretty sure this was in another bundle recently, because I can definitely remember talking about it. It’s a great little turn-based RPG and one of the first of what I like to call the Kickstarter CRPG Craze that also includes games like Divinity: Original Sin, Wasteland 2, and Pillars of Eternity. Definitely worth playing, but maybe not worth buying everything else in the bundle to play.

There’s nothing too amazing to add to the Humble Jumbo Bundle 6 this time around, but it’s still a pretty decent bundle in and of itself, and who doesn’t love even more games? Check out the original post for the full lowdown on everything included in this bundle.

Josh Price is a writer who probably spends too many hours of the day playing video games. At some point he decided to put the two together to (hopefully) great effect. He also wrote some fiction. You should check that out if you're into such things, which you should be. Reading is FUNdamental.
