DuckTales Remastered Out Next Month On PS3/PC/Wii U, September for 360

DuckTales Remastered, the remake of the classic NES DuckTales game, will be released on August 13th for the PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U. Xbox 360 fans will have to wait a little longer as the 360 version won’t be available until September 11th. The digital version will cost $14.99 for all platforms. Capcom also announced that there would be a retail version of the game for the PS3 containing a download code for the game and an exclusive DuckTales collector pin at a price of $19.99.

The original DuckTales game was released in 1989 and is remembered not only for its great gameplay but also its excellent 8-bit soundtrack. The theme for the moon level is still incredibly popular today. It has been remixed many times on YouTube and will trigger a videogame nostalgia overload if you’re not careful.
