Game Informer’s PS4 June Cover Revealed: Infamous Second Son

Game Informer has announced that the magazine’s June edition is focused solely on bringing Playstation 4 coverage, starting with a 10 page feature on Sucker Punch’s highly anticipated game Infamous: Second Son – the good news does not stop there. The 30-page Playstation 4 cover story will also include new information and screens from titles like Destiny, Knack, Killzone: Shadow Fall and DriveClub. They will discuss Media Molecule’s (the developers behind LittleBigPlanet) upcoming project, talk about Sony’s new indie agenda and even give us a hands-on impression of the Dualshock 4 controller.

What more could you ask for? Oh, that’s right. They have also gotten the chance to interview president of Sony Computer Entertainment, Shuhei Yoshida, so expect some even more great details. However, the star of the show remains to be Infamous: Second Son.

For those of you who have a digital subscription to Game Informer, the June issue is readily available to you via web browser, iOS and Android. If you have a print subscription expect your copy in the coming weeks. Until then, here’s some information about Second Son that Game Informer was so gracious to let out:

With Cole MacGrath out of the picture, the country is on high alert looking for other conduits. To deal with this perceived threat, the government has set up the oppressive Department of Unified Protection, and they’ve placed Seattle on lockdown. As new protagonist Delsin Rowe, players will be given more than enough opportunities to fight the power.

Additional info will be revealed as the month progresses.
