Michael Schumacher latest news updates seem to point to a slow recovery for the F1 legend. Schumacher is reportedly not in a good condition. However, Ross Brawn seems to think that he is recovering pretty well.
Michael Schumacher latest news updates have created quite a stir amongst fans. Schumacher has been undergoing treatment at home in Switzerland. He reportedly went into a coma after a serious skiing accident in the year 2013.
Schumacher sustained severe head injuries from this accident. He is displaying “encouraging signs” of recovery as per reports. However, his family is not releasing any other details about his recovery. Ross Brawn, the ex-technical director at Ferrari, has supported this diagnosis.
He seems to think that Schumacher is making good progress. However, he has also clarified that he will respect the privacy of the family and comment no further. Morning Ledger has reported that Brawn still visits Schumacher. Brawn is feeling positive about Schumacher’s recovery. Brawn has also clarified his statements regarding Schumacher’s progress.
He talks of not commenting further in order to respect the family’s desire to keep everything private. This backtracking of sorts has led to speculation about Schumacher actually not recovering well.
The publicity team of the legend recently created Instagram and Facebook accounts. The caption for the FB account states “Keep fighting-never give up”. The pages are also meant for fans who wish to share their wishes and prayers for their idol.
Will Schumacher Recover?
Schumacher was earlier in a coma for around six months. He suffered his skiing accident in France. The Independent has reported that Schumacher’s lawyer Felix Damm talked about his condition in court. In September, the lawyer stated that Schumacher was unable to walk without any support.
This came in relation to the lawsuit filed against a media organization which claimed that the F1 legend had started taking his first steps. There are mixed reports on the legend’s recovery. Even Luca di Montezemolo, Schumacher’s ex-chief at Ferrari, has stated that the legend is “not good”. The family has refused to issue any comments on his progress till now.
