The iOS 10 Jailbreak updates are taking the tech world by storm. Luca Todesco has announced a jailbreak tool for iOS 10.1.1. Pangu, however, is nowhere in the picture in spite of people expecting the group to offer this tool earlier.
The iOS 10 Jailbreak tool announced by Todesco has been creating quite a stir. According to HNGN, many expected Pangu to break through the operating system first. However, the group has not had any release since September 2016.
Todesco has shared his breakthrough iOS 10 Jailbreak update through Twitter. He has stated that he has “updated my stuff so it works on 10.1 too now”. Several followers have thronged the post with a volley of comments. Some people are also exhorting him to aid Pangu and share his tool with the group.
However, sources state that Todesco may not share his tool with the public or even Pangu. He may not even help out the popular hacking group. He has always broken through earlier iOS 10 versions with seamless ease. He has never really provided any assistance to Pangu and it should be the same this time as well.
What This Update Indicates
This tweet is being held as an indicator of the possibility of getting through the new iOS 10.1.1. Pangu will not release any jailbreak tool until sometime next year as per speculation. The official update can be installed through linking to iTunes. It can also be downloaded through the Software Update in the General section of Settings.
The update is already available for iPhone 5 and all subsequent models. It also applies to the iPod series’ touch 6th generation model and subsequent ones. iTech Post also reports that several other groups have claimed such tools in the past. However, most of these claims have been damp squibs.
A Saurik video has come in for criticism already. Pangu had earlier unveiled a demo prior to the official release of iOS 10 by Apple.
