People fear the straining relationship between Russia and US and keeps close tabs on the latest world war 3 news. And the latter has recently announced their newly-elected president, real estate mogul Donald Trump.
This new development made Russian President Vladimir Putin happy. Putin in an interview with a Russian state television, is ready to negotiate with the new US president.
“(Trump) spoke about resuming and restoring relations with Russia. We understand the way to that will be difficult, taking into account the current state of degradation of relations between the US and Russia,” stated by CNN.
“As I have repeatedly said, that is not our fault that Russia-US relations are in that state. Russia is ready and wants to restore the fully fledged relations with the US. I repeat we understand this will be difficult, but we are ready to play our part in it,” the Russian President further explained.
Instead of being relieved by the effort of both great nations for reconciliation, people fears the newfound alliance of Trump and Putin. Many fear that the world war 3 is coming with both the United States and Russia dominating the whole world.
World War 3 News: Nations not Happy with Trump’s Win
Russian Garry Gasparov, a Russian Chess Grandmaster, posted on Twitter his dismay on the latest event. He simply said, ‘winter is here’.
The tweet is related to the book he wrote entitled Winter is Coming. Gasparov is a known critic of the Russian president.
Europe also expresses their concern on Trump’s victory. European Council President Donald Tusk said, “While respecting the democratic choice of the American people, we are at the same time aware of the new challenges that these results bring. One of them is this moment of uncertainty over the future of our transatlantic relations.”
World War 3 News: Asian Countries China and Japan Congratulate Trump Despite Racism Slur During Campaign
China is hoping to settle disputes with the Western country with nonconfrontation. This is despite Trump’s statement, “we can’t continue to allow China to rape our country.”
“China pays high attention to the Sino-US relationship and hopes to develop a sound, long-term and stable relationship with the US,” Chinese President Xi Jinping stated on China Central Television.
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe also gave a statement that Japan and the United States will continue being allies. “The stability of the Asia-Pacific region, which is a driving force of the global economy, brings peace and prosperity to the United States. Japan and the United States are unwavering allies tied firmly with the bond of universal values such as freedom, democracy, basic human rights and the rule of law.”
