Apple fans are looking forward to the rumored  MacBook Pro 2016 release date that is reported to be on October 24, along with the upcoming event of Apple this month. Despite merely being speculations at the moment, the probability of its release is not so far off from the truth, being that it is almost the Holidays.

According to GameNGuide, “The MacBook Pro 2016 was supposed to be launch during the iPhone 7 event early last month. However, the company appeared to have a different plan as they decided to skip the new laptop.”

The October 24 MacBook Pro 2016 release date came from collated hints by whose report followed many sources of the probability that it will, in fact be released on said date.

“With numerous reports suggesting that Apple will launch a new MacBook Pro range in late October, one sketchy rumor suggests that the keynote presentation will take place on October 24,” shares the site.

According to ITechPost, the new MacBook Pro 2016 might actually be a collaborative work with LG in terms of developing its best 5k display. The website says “If proven to be true, then this will replace the current Apple Thunderbolt Display that is featured in today’s Apple computers.”

Another rumored feature is that the laptop will have a touchscreen feature.

“MacBook Pro 2016 will feature Touch ID support, as well as an OLED touch bar that will replace the function keys row that is present in present models.”

It might also get an upgrade to an AMD Polaris 10 or Polaris 11 chip and USB-C ports. Reports suggest it will also run on Intel’s latest Kaby Lake chipset, which is currently the most powerful processor to date.

If Game N Guide sources are correct, the laptop will no longer be using the conventional audio jack.

“Fans will no longer see the basic 3.5mm headphone jack on the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016. According to reports, Apple will ditch the audio port and replace it with a new system, which is also the same technology used in the new iPhone 7.”
