PS Plus October 2016 Free Games Complete List Better than Xbox Games with Gold!

PS Plus October 2016 free games have finally been announced and it’s got a few AAA games to show for. Does this mean next month’s battle between PS Plus vs Xbox Games with Gold, the Sony service wins? Let’s take a look at the free titles offered by both services.

PS Plus October 2016 Free Games Complete List

PlayStation has officially revealed the free games PS Plus subscribers will receiving this coming month. Unlike Xbox Free Games with Gold October with a rather lackluster games, Sony’s list offer more exciting titles that hardcore gamers will be enjoying!

Resident Evil (PS4)

Just a few months before the release of the eleventh installment to the game franchise, Resident Evil 7, Capcom is going back to where it all started. Raccoon City, Umbrella Corporation and the T-virus, Resident Evil will give new RE gamers an insight into how this video game series became of of the biggest horror-thriller titles for gamers.

The title included in PS Plus October 2016 will be the remastered HD version, for PS4 gamers to fully enjoy the thriller.

PlayStation Blog describes the title:

“This year Capcom is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the franchise, and this remastered HD version is the perfect way to enjoy the game. So whether you’re reacquainting with old friends Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, or meeting them for the first time, get ready to learn the secrets of the mansion that lies on the outskirts of Raccoon City.”

Transformers: Devastation (PS4)

The title brings gamers back to the original Transformers TV series — the animated version. In this game installment, the Autobots will battle Megatron and the Constructicons, forming Devastator. Released  last year, Transformers: Devastation received an impressive grade of 9 out of 10 from Steam.

Mad Riders (PS3)

Published by Ubosft, Mad Riders is an off-road racing game wherein gamers use an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) to race around tracks and earn coins to customize their characters and rides.

“Perform aerial stunts, use your boost wisely, and open shortcuts to dominate your friends on 45 tracks in stunning tropical locations across the globe,” Steam describes the game.

“The game’s breathtaking speed and accessible gameplay allows players of all skills to instantly pick up on the fun, while the competitive multiplayer and customization options will keep them coming back.”

From Dust (PS3)

Created by Eric Chahi, known for Another World / Out of this World, the game is open world simulation wherein gamers control a tribe. A god-game where players “control the destiny of a primitive tribe against the backdrop of a world in constant evolution—a universe where mighty Nature reclaims what is hers; and your mastery of the elements is your people’s only chance of survival.”

Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ (PS Vita)

Exclusive to the PS Vita, Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ allows gamers to “play as a beautiful young woman whose poisonous touch means imminent death, and unravel the secrets of her past with the help of five charming guys!”

Actual Sunlight (PS Vita)

A very interesting game perfect for handheld consoles, Actual Sunlight “challenges you to confront the life of Evan Winter: An overweight, lonely and severely depressed young professional.” According to the game’s site, it is “widely considered to be one of the bleakest experiences in indie gaming.”
