Pokemon Pokken Tourament (Or Pokemon Tekken for our Germanic friends) is set for a new character release in the form of Sceptile. Pokken Tournament is a tekken, beat ’em up style arcade game that features, well yeah, Pokemon characters. The arcade game is hugely popular, but unfortunately is only playable in Japanese arcades and at some Dave & Busters in the States.
The roster of characters available in Pokemon Pokken Tourament you can choose from includes ten characters:
- Pikachu Libre
There are also a number of Assist characters available to use:
As noted by some players there aren’t any 5th or 6th Gen characters yet, same for water starters, perhaps some new additions later next year. Frankly Pikachu Libre is ridiculously cute, aw bless. Now as we said actual access to the game is a bit restricted but fear not the Wii U version is coming in the Spring of 2016. So, not long to wait folks. Here is the Official Wii U Pokemon Pokken Tourament trailer:
In other news Pokemon shuffle has had a bit of a shake up and a whole new host of inclusions. Landorus has been given a special stage and players will have once chance a day to challenge Landorus this week. There is also another opportunity to try and capture Dialga and Palkiaif you missed them last time round. You have until December 15th on the Nintendo 3DS and December 22nd on mobile versions.
