Earlier this week, we revealed that there would be a limited-edition Pokemon X and Y Nintendo 3DS system coming to Japan later this year. Finally, we have received further information about this limited-edition system.
It has now been confirmed that there will actually be two limited edition Nintendo 3DS XLs coming to Japan. The two systems will complement the two Pokemon titles, Pokemon X and Y.
Above, you can view both the “Xerneas and Yveltal Blue” and “Premium Gold” 3DS XLs models of the system. As for the packaging for these two systems, each will come with a downloadable copy of the respective title, a 4 GB SDHC memory card, and six AR cards. There will be two available packs with the release of the system, a Pokemon X pack and a Pokemon Y pack.
Both of the systems will be launched alongside the official release of the game in Japan, which is October 12. At the moment, there has been no word given on whether or not these systems will make an appearance outside of Japan.
