Metro: Last Light Official PC Requirements Revealed

Deep Silver, the team behind the Metro franchise, has finally released the PC requirements for their new introduction to the Metro franchise, Metro: Last Light. Scheduled to be released next month, on May 14, this title looks to take on the same profile as previous installments, as it appears it will be very demanding on PC hardware.

 

According to the specifications that have been delivered by Deep Silver, we have been provided a total of three separate PC specifications for Metro: Last Light, this being a minimum, recommended, and optimum setup. Along with these specifications, recommendations for 3-D vision support has also been provided for each of these levels of specifications.

  • Windows: XP (32-Bit), Vista, 7 or 8
  • CPU: 2.2 GHz Dual Core e.g. Intel Core 2 Duo
  • RAM: 2GB

  • Graphics Card: DirectX 9, Shader Model 3 compliant e.g. NVIDIA GTS 250 (or AMD equivalent e.g. HD Radeon 4000 series) or higher

  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 580/660 Ti (or AMD equivalent e.g. 7870) or higher
  • For 3D Vision Support:

    • 120Hz Monitor
    • NVIDIA 3D Vision kit for Windows Vista, 7 or 8
