‘Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’ Releases Trio of Teasers
In anticipation of it’s February 19 release, Konami, the producers of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance have released three new teaser trailers on their website.
The new game, that will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, will continue in the Metal Gear universe with a new central character, Raiden, a former child soldier who has been transformed into a “half-man, half-machine cyborg ninja, equipped with a high frequency katana blade and a soul fueled by revenge.” Raiden battles his way through war-threatened dystopia that is slowly being taken over by cyborgs working for criminal organizations to save and protect lives while at the same time seeking vengeance for his past.
In the first teaser trailer posted on USA TODAY this morning, fans get a glimpse of interior and exterior shots of the universe in which the game takes place. The second teaser is a more in-depth look at what your abilities will be as you go through the game as Raiden. And the third is a compilation of what can be expected of the combat and gameplay. Be sure to check these new gameplay trailers out over on USA TODAY.
If these trailers are still leaving you wanting more, a free demo is available to download on the PlayStation network as well as Xbox Live.
