Since the initial release of “Black Ops 2″ on Nov. 13, this title has remained atop the video game charts in the United Kingdom. Now, we have gained access to the week ending Dec. 22 video game charts in the United Kingdom, and as expected, “Black Ops 2″ still holds the top position. This marks the sixth consecutive week that this title has held the top spot in these video game charts, which is the first title to have ever accomplished this achievement.

Although “Far Cry 3″ showed promise as it moved towards the top spot on the charts, “Black Ops 2″ was still able to hold this number one spot. Due to “Far Cry 3″ receiving various sales throughout this past week, it was able to knock “Hitman: Absolution” out of second place. You can view the top 10 list in the UK video game charts below:

  1. Call of Duty Black Op 2
  2. Far Cry 3
  3. Hitman: Absolution
  4. FIFA 13
  5. Just Dance 4
  6. Need for Speed: Most Wanted
  7. Assassin’s Creed 3
  8. Halo 4
  9. Lego The Lord of the Rings
  10. WWE ’13
